Specialising in Attachment and Trauma, I work very intuitively to help clients identify and understand where and why things are going wrong in their relationships and help them (through a process of gentle nurturing and psycho-education) in order that they feel empowered to make the changes that result in a much more satisfying lifestyle. Aside from my private practice, I also guest lecture on the subject to PhD Counselling Psychology students for their Critical Perspectives on Distress module and sit at board level for the NHS Talking Therapies as it’s important to me that I am able to shape training standards that will ultimately impact clients and their relationships. I am a registered member of BACP and follow their ethical guidelines. My fees are £60 individuals, £75 couples. I do offer a limited number of concessionary appointments to those on a low income.

Professional endorsements are peer endorsements from verified practitioners who have direct experience of someone’s clinical or professional work. They provide insight beyond qualifications alone, helping visitors understand how a practitioner shows up in practice – including their integrity, competence, and professional presence. All endorsements are checked and moderated by The Grove, are non-anonymous, and can only be given by practitioners. Client testimonials, star ratings, and promotional reviews are not permitted, ensuring endorsements remain ethical, considered, and trustworthy.
