Hello and welcome.
As a highly experienced BACP registered integrative therapist, I am here to support you through life’s challenges. I draw on a range of theoretical approaches, to work with you as an individual. I have undertaken additional training, which enables me to offer pure CBT, if this is preferred. So whether it’s dealing with current difficulties, exploring early and past experiences, setting personal goals or working on growth and self awareness, I am here to help. I have extensive clinical experience working with adults and couples, gained in a variety of settings, including the charity sector, university/higher education, EAP, online referral organisations and private practice.
Although I have many years of clinical experience, I have not always been a counsellor, and I feel that this gives me an understanding of many of the challenges faced in the workplace, as well as in other areas of life.
I am also a clinical supervisor and support qualified and trainee counsellors.

Professional endorsements are peer endorsements from verified practitioners who have direct experience of someone’s clinical or professional work. They provide insight beyond qualifications alone, helping visitors understand how a practitioner shows up in practice – including their integrity, competence, and professional presence. All endorsements are checked and moderated by The Grove, are non-anonymous, and can only be given by practitioners. Client testimonials, star ratings, and promotional reviews are not permitted, ensuring endorsements remain ethical, considered, and trustworthy.
