I am an experienced UKCP accredited psychotherapist working with Adults online or face to face. I have an MSc in Humanistic Psychotherapy and have experience working with a wide range of issues.
I believe that no matter who you are or what you have experience you have the capacity to change, heal and grow. I will work closely with you to understand your individual needs and to develop a personalised therapeutic plan working with the mind, body and nervous system.
For some talking through challenges brings the clarity and support needed. For others this may not be enough and that’s why I have trained beyond traditional psychotherapy as a breathwork coach and in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing) to work with the mind and the body. I will help you regulate your nervous system with body based practices, process and heal from trauma and psychological or emotional blocks and reconnect with who you truly are to feel calmer, clearer and more empowered in yourself and relationships.
