I have worked extensively with people who are experiencing anxiety, depression, loss, physical & mental health issues, long term health conditions, work-related stress & life crisis. I have also spent many years working in different capacities with Autistic people & am currently undertaking a Certificate in Autism & Mental Health.

I have a degree-level Diploma in Humanistic Counselling & a BA Hons in Cultural studies. I follow the BACP Ethical Framework.
