Rebecca’s therapeutic approach is integrative, evidence-based, she draws on different methods depending on what is needed, including Internal family systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), attachment and trauma-focused therapy and psychodynamic approaches.
