I understand that starting therapy can feel quite daunting or intimidating. I’m interested in getting to know about you and your life from your perspective – with no preconceptions or judgement. I am creative, playful and warm, and offer a truly non-judgemental space for you to explore in.

I’m a relational psychotherapist, experienced in working with issues to do with gender and sexuality, relationship diversity (polyamory, non-monogamy etc) and provide an LGBTQ+ affirmative practice, but welcome clients from all backgrounds. I am mindful of the social, cultural and structural issues involved in the difficulties we face as individuals.

I believe that therapy can help with so many issues, whether they feel vague or specific, and allow us to come to a better understanding of ourselves and our histories so we can live fuller, more authentic lives.
