I am a dedicated therapist with a passion for helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges. With a focus on anxiety and depression and how it impacts on mental health. My unique approach to therapy that empowers clients to lead more fulfilling lives. It’s important to me to create an inclusive environment where everyone feels supported and understood, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity. I also specialise in working with members of the LGBT + community. Being a registered member of the BACP ensures that I work ethically and work towards good practice.
