I work in a flexible/integrated way to try and meet peoples unique needs. This means taking information and skills from a range of different approaches, that would feel the most helpful for you. I have been working in private practice for almost 4 years now and have continued to develop my knowledge and skills around bereavement, loss, anxiety, relationships and trauma. I am passionate about the work I do and about counselling/therapy. I work with individuals and couples, aged 18 and over.
