I am a UKCP-registered psychotherapist who is available for sessions with young people and adults. I practice using an integrative approach based on the combined principles of psycho-dynamic and person-centred therapies.
I believe that the most healing factor in therapy is the therapeutic relationship and I aim to provide a safe environment for someone to explore their emotions and inner world, as well as any difficulties that they might be experiencing. I am able to facilitate different types of therapy from talk-based to creative, such as image or sand tray work.
I have a special interest in food, eating and body image-related concerns.
I offer individual clinical supervision, either online or in my therapy room in Muswell Hill, London.
My supervisory practice incorporates psychodynamic, humanistic and behavioural principles viewed through a creative lens. My hope is that supervision is a nurturing, and challenging process, that helps a therapist to understand their clients and their practice, in a deeper, more meaningful way.
There is also space to focus on career development, self-care and how to flourish as a therapist.
