I trained as a counsellor in 1995, and this foundation has been at the heart of my work ever since. Over the years, my practise has continued to evolve as I have integrated approaches such as Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT/Tapping), Trauma Therapy, and Equine Assisted Therapy, allowing me to support clients in a deeply holistic way.

I have a particular interest in personal transformation and in helping people navigate major life changes and pivotal moments: such as divorce, a traumatic event, or major turning point.

I support clients in making sense of these experiences, reconnecting with their inner strength, and discovering deeper meaning and purpose. Through this process, clients are able to step more fully into who they truly are and begin living with greater authenticity and self-value.
