I’m an integrative psychotherapist with 10+ years of training and experience working with individual clients and couples. My core way of being is humanistic, this means that I am led by the client and their needs. Essentially if you feel you would like to work within a CBT approach or you wish to look at the past (Psychodynamic) I’m flexible and able to accommodate this.
Our first session is all about deciding whether I’m the right psychotherapist for you and what your needs from therapy are. You may not know this yet and that is ok, we can explore this together. Simply reach out via text, email or call and we can go from there.
I’m an accredited member of the BACP (British Association of Counsellors & Psychotherapists) and also the BPS (British Psychological Society).
Qualifications:
Masters in Counselling Psychology
Degree in Psychology & Early Childhood studies
Early years teacher status
Level 5 Certificate in Couple & Relationship therapy
Level 4 Diploma in Counselling

Professional endorsements are peer endorsements from verified practitioners who have direct experience of someone’s clinical or professional work. They provide insight beyond qualifications alone, helping visitors understand how a practitioner shows up in practice – including their integrity, competence, and professional presence. All endorsements are checked and moderated by The Grove, are non-anonymous, and can only be given by practitioners. Client testimonials, star ratings, and promotional reviews are not permitted, ensuring endorsements remain ethical, considered, and trustworthy.
