I support individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, grief and loss, life transitions, and the emotional impact of caring responsibilities.
I have completed specialist training in couples counselling, as well as practitioner training in infant and pregnancy loss, infertility, and supporting parents following the birth of a rainbow baby. These areas are a particular focus of my practice, and I offer a sensitive, compassionate space for those navigating the emotional complexities of fertility, pregnancy, loss, and parenthood.
Alongside my counselling practice, I have extensive experience supporting unpaid carers and am known professionally as The Carers Advocate, delivering training, workshops, and wellbeing programmes to organisations across the UK.
My additional qualifications include Mental Health First Aid, therapeutic coaching, and safeguarding training. I am committed to ongoing professional development and providing ethical, evidence-informed, and client-centred support tailored to each person’s unique needs.
