I am a Counselling Psychologist and Existential Psychotherapist, registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS), the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy / Universities Psychotherapy and Counselling Association. I hold a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy.
My approach is grounded in existential and phenomenological philosophy, with a particular interest in how individuals make sense of their lived experience, relationships, and sense of self. I work with adults and couples, with a special interest in relational dynamics, intimacy, and the complexities of connection. Alongside my clinical work, I offer clinical supervision, supporting practitioners in developing reflective, ethical, and relationally attuned practice.
I aim to offer a flexible, collaborative therapeutic space that honours each person’s unique way of being in the world. My work is informed by both philosophical enquiry and psychological theory, integrating depth, curiosity, and openness within the therapeutic relationship.
