I am a person-centred therapist, working online. I’ve had a varied career, studying science and philosophy, and working in drug harm reduction. I draw insight from various therapeutic approaches, including existential therapy, CBT and mindfulness, as well as research-oriented psychology. I have a calm and grounded therapeutic style, paired with an analytical perspective that quickly gets to the core of things. I am famously hard to shock and I like to bring humour and irreverence into my practice.
I completed certificates in psychosexual and relationship counselling with The Grove, and I am registered with the BACP. I specialise in working with non-monogamy, sexual issues and relationships (both romantic or otherwise), as well as more general mental health concerns like depression and anxiety.
I work with a large proportion of male clients, and I recognise the barriers that men often experience in accessing therapy. I also have extensive experience working with people practising non-monogamy and kink, LGBTQ+ people, sex workers, neurodivergent people, and people who use drugs. I am always alert to the ways in which our different backgrounds and life experiences shape our inner world.
