The Grove is really proud of all the fantastic reviews we’ve gathered from professionals who have attended our courses. The voices of our customers are very powerful. We are grateful for all the valuable feedback. You can search and read these genuine comments below.

Each one is from someone who has taken one or more courses with us. Each testimonial is featured with permission from the student. Their motivation is not only to thank us (which is lovely to hear) but also to encourage others toward a similar positive experience.

I’m loving the course, it’s such a joy to be learning things that are so helpful to my practice and also working with such a supportive group of people.

Lisa 2023 trauma course

I am delighted to say that the supervision course has changed the way I conceptualise therapeutic interventions and I have embarked on a psychotherapist course (CAT), and I feel very excited for the future.

Irena 2022 supervision course

Thank you so much for an amazing course; I have thoroughly enjoyed it and feel equipped to help those struggling with trauma.

Joylette 2022 trauma course

I just wanted to thank you and your team for a memorable event. The venue and the ambience were amazing. It was also lovely to meet you all in person.

Romy Supervision course 2022

I have gained so much insight and additional skills and feel confident to incorporate them into my current practice and feel excited about the possibility of working with organisations in the future.

Helen 2020 organisational practice course

It was really good for me to be in a group of people thinking about mental health In organisations. I really enjoyed the opportunity to break out and practice skills and have found myself using ‘clean language’ often and even in a couple of sessions using coaching! I would love the opportunity to be part of a supervision group and also to be part of the practice coaching group.

Charlie 2020 organisational practice course

I found the speaker presentation on a leadership initiative of a comprehensive program to be inspirational and demonstrated to me the importance of being able to get engagement and commitment from the leaders in the business to truly make this part of the company’s culture.

Mary 2020 organisational practice course

Feeling more confident to put together a mental health training into workplace. Very professional course and good balance of theory and practice and learning styles.

Alexia 2020 organisational practice course

I am planning to devote some of my time as a psychotherapist and coach to working with groups and corporates so this is a welcome push in that direction. It was also priceless to benefit from Phil’s experience and professionalism.

Muriel 2020 organisational practice course

I found it very professional and it flowed really well. I felt out of my comfort zone at times which did me the world of good. It brought a lot up for me about working in business and some of my resentments and the resistance I have at times to management.

Jane 2020 organisational practice course

It was very well organised and delivered and I was pleased that a zoom course could be so interactive and enjoyable: practising some of the skills being taught such as presenting, giving feedback, summarising and coaching around an issue.

Chris 2020 organisational practice course

It is a course needed in the market as many therapists want to transition (to organisational work) but they want to use their existing skills. The precision with which the course was run was containing and very well technically managed. The guest speakers were truly inspirational and the interview style on day 2 really pulled the learning together. The course worked very well on Zoom and was impeccable in its execution.

Sabi 2020 organisational practice course

Success stories are individual stories. Each attendee will bring to the course their lived experience and positionality.

So we are very pleased to see diversity in every cohort, which enriches the learning experience for everyone. Working with difference is intrinsic to the way we run our courses.

We have welcomed learners who let us know about dyslexia or ADHD or hearing loss or that they will attend the course with their guide dog.

We circulate course materials in advance of each teaching date, to enable each participant to familiarise themselves according to their own learning style.

These are some of the practical things we can do to support engagement in their course learning. Yet there is always more work to do in supporting inclusivity – and we are open to hearing from each student about their educational needs.

Our commitment to inclusivity is enshrined in The Grove’s Diversity and Respect Statement.
