I wanted to extend my thanks for such an enlightening and powerful study day yesterday, it has released a huge amount of shame I’ve been carrying all my life. This alone is life changing. As well as all the other information mapped out in the 10 domains and how to put this into context with scaffolds etc. I will always be grateful to you all.
Sarah How to Thrive with Adult ADHD 1-way Workshop
I have done a lot of cpd to understand ADHD better and this has been fantastic. I have learnt so much and the best part, the part missed by many others is the comorbidity aspect that was included throughout. I would highly recommend the course. It was truly enlightening on a really deep level. I’m looking forward to going over the learning again!
Thank you!

Sarah and Elliot –I just wanted to send a personal message to you both to say thank you and to let you know how much I benefited from the course—both professionally and personally. Given the amount of content and the timeframe, it was delivered in such a user-friendly way, with what I would describe as a very human element. You were both very approachable and extremely knowledgeable, which made the learning experience all the more effective and enjoyable. With so much theory in this profession, it was valuable to revisit some of my earlier learning from the start of my training. Being able to digest and discuss new material as well has been, and will continue to be, invaluable to my practice going forward.I suspect I may be back to The Grove for further learning in the near future!Lizzy 2025 couple/relationship

Success stories are individual stories. Each attendee will bring to the course their lived experience and positionality.
So we are very pleased to see diversity in every cohort, which enriches the learning experience for everyone. Working with difference is intrinsic to the way we run our courses.
We have welcomed learners who let us know about dyslexia or ADHD or hearing loss or that they will attend the course with their guide dog.
We circulate course materials in advance of each teaching date, to enable each participant to familiarise themselves according to their own learning style.
These are some of the practical things we can do to support engagement in their course learning. Yet there is always more work to do in supporting inclusivity – and we are open to hearing from each student about their educational needs.
Our commitment to inclusivity is enshrined in The Grove’s Diversity and Respect Statement.
