With nearly a decade’s clinical experience in private practice and specialist mental health settings, I am a trauma-informed, BACP Accredited psychodynamic individual and couples psychotherapist (PgDip).
I weave together attachment, Jungian, Buddhist mindfulness and body psychotherapy approaches in my way of working. With training in Hakomi Mindful Somatic Psychotherapy, I also hold a certification in Jungian Somatics, and am a certified teacher of Somatic Meditation.
I am also a certified specialist sexual violence therapist (RASASC London), and draw from the fields of somatic trauma therapy and polyvagal theory in my work – a gentle and psycho-educative approach to working with trauma.
I am passionate about helping couples of all relationship styles, sexual orientations and life stages to improve their relationships, and to grow as individuals in the process. In addition to my couples certification with The Grove, I also hold a Foundation Certification in Imago Couples Therapy.
Although I work with couples and individuals of all identities and backgrounds, I bring specialism in working with LGBTQ+ clients and am experienced in working with ethically non-monogamous and polyamorous relationships. Mindful of the interplay of social context and emotional wellbeing, I aim always to work in a culturally sensitive way.
