Hello, I’m Daphne Pratt, an experienced Counsellor and Therapist based in North London. With over 20 years of experience, I offer therapy services face-to-face, online, and by telephone.

I specialise in couples and relationship therapy while also working with individuals, families, and young people. I help clients understand how their relationships and family dynamics affect their wellbeing, exploring patterns and connections that influence their daily life.

I support clients with various challenges, including relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and cultural identity issues. Together, we’ll create a safe, supportive space to understand root causes and develop practical strategies for positive change.
