Practitioner Statement

Hi I’m Jen,

I’m a Person Centered Counsellor and have 7+ years of experience supporting individuals through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. I am also a Clinical Supervisor and provide a reflective space for fellow therapists in their professional development. My practice is routed in empathy, respect and compassion and I hope to offer you a safe space to explore your feelings and make sense of the experiences behind them.

Alongside my private work I work in Hospice with patients in palliative care as well as offering grief counselling to those who have been bereaved. In addition I have experience working with Children & Young People having worked for a specialist YP service as a Senior Practitioner. Prior to qualifying as a Counsellor I worked as a Substance Misuse Practitioner and supporting people to overcome addictions.

I warmly welcome anyone who is, or suspects they are Neurodivergent. I have ADHD myself and understand the unique experience that comes with neurodiversity.
