I offer long, medium and short-term counselling and psychotherapy to individuals and couples. I take an integrative approach in my practice. This means that I draw upon a range of theories depending on what I feel would benefit each individual client. This flexible way of working acknowledges that we’re all different. My approach is also relational: along with the issues you bring to explore in therapy, I’m interested in, and pay attention to, the relationship between us. This provides valuable insight, often making us aware of unconscious patterns of thinking and relating so they can be understood and challenged. I focus on collaborating with my clients and empowering them. I am currently undertaking an MA in Advanced Clinical Practice in Psychotherapy. I am a registered member of the BACP.
