I graduated from a BACP Accredited Institution and post graduated at the University of Oxford, where I focused on practical tools to help with common issues such as anxiety, depression, fears, trauma and low self esteem.
The approach I offer is of an integrative nature and it is totally dependent on the needs of my clients. A psychotherapist, in my opinion, needs to be a skilled craftsman, ‘sensing’ the client and offering what they better respond to.
I also incorporate aspects of Dr. Gabor Maté’s ‘Compassionate Inquiry’ Approach into my practice; having attended a number of his workshops, including the ‘Compassionate Inquiry Approach to Mental Health and Physical Illness’ led by himself.
