My interest in therapy and wellbeing started when I experienced a sudden life event in the family, this led to me working with a therapist. I found therapy really helpful and went on to train in psychotherapy, cogitative behaviour therapy and coaching. I have now worked for over 12 years as a therapist working with a diverse client group, at different stages of their life. Before my therapy career I worked in corporate, professional services and sales.
I am based in London and work online, face-to-face, and outdoors.
I am an advocate for a healthy work life balance and to look after ourselves in the workplace.
