His role includes managing all operational facets of the courses programme from customer enquiry through to course delivery and completion, tutor and student liaison, course marketing and design, billing, feedback and certification, to ensure the smooth running of the courses programme.
Before joining The Grove, Chris worked as a freelance producer in the theatre industry in an award-winning and critically acclaimed theatre company. His experience also includes practice management for a busy high-end medical practice in London.
