I’m an integrative therapist offering a grounded, compassionate, and genuinely collaborative space for adults navigating life’s tougher or more tangled moments. My approach is always tailored to you, drawing from a range of therapeutic models to support whatever you’re facing. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, burnout, menopause and perimenopause challenges, fertility journeys, motherhood transitions, low self-esteem, career pressure, relationship difficulties, grief, and that all-too-common sense of feeling stuck despite everything looking fine from the outside.

Before training as a therapist, I spent over two decades working in the film and TV industries. This experience deeply informs my work especially with creatives, freelancers, and those in high-pressure environments where boundaries blur, stress runs high, and wellbeing often takes a back seat. I understand the unique demands, vulnerabilities, and rhythms of those worlds, and I support many clients from those industries.

Alongside talking therapy, I’m also a qualified Breathwork Coach and EFT Practitioner. These tools can be blended into sessions to help regulate the nervous system, shift emotional blocks, and offer practical support when words on their own aren’t enough.

My style is calm, open, and non-judgmental. I’m based in London and offer therapy in person or online, working with clients across the UK and worldwide.

Professional endorsements are peer endorsements from verified practitioners who have direct experience of someone’s clinical or professional work. They provide insight beyond qualifications alone, helping visitors understand how a practitioner shows up in practice – including their integrity, competence, and professional presence. All endorsements are checked and moderated by The Grove, are non-anonymous, and can only be given by practitioners. Client testimonials, star ratings, and promotional reviews are not permitted, ensuring endorsements remain ethical, considered, and trustworthy.
