Welcome. I’m Heather (she/her), a BACP-accredited counsellor and advanced accredited Gender, Sexuality, and Relationship Diversities Therapist. Life can be overwhelming, and perhaps things are feeling too much right now, but you are telling yourself you *should* be able to handle it. Maybe you are not feeling fully or wholly yourself. Together we can uncover and explore what is causing you difficulty, and find a way through.

My practice is inclusive of all sexualities and genders. I will never attempt to change, suppress, or eliminate your gender identity or sexuality. Rather, I will welcome and respect your identities, providing a safe place for you to explore all of who you are.

I work with adults on an individual basis. These are some of the things people bring to my practice (although this list is not exhaustive):

• Feeling anxious
• Feeling overwhelmed, stressed or burnt out
• LGBTQ+ and/or GSRD identity
• Feeling stuck or lost
• Feeling low, sad, or depressed
• Low confidence/low self-esteem
• People-pleasing tendencies
• Life changes, or periods of change
• Relationship difficulties, or difficulty connecting with others

Introductory call: I offer a free, 20-minute call for us to meet and see whether it feels right.
Fees: £60 per session (sessions are 50-minutes long).
