I am a UKCP and BACP registered psychotherapist and I offer personal therapy as well as couples’ and individual workshops that facilitate self-understanding and explore relational dynamics in the comfort of a cohesive and nurturing group. With many years’ experience helping people navigate personal and relationship challenges, I’m am passionate about supporting you in identifying your unique relational needs, communicating them with sincerity and confidence and looking into the areas you experience difficulty repeatedly. You can come to me at whatever stage you are in your relationship, from figuring out how to enter one, to building deeper intimacy, to resolving from hurt or working through reconciliation or separation. I will meet you wherever you are in your experience.
