I specialise in many areas of Mental Health, Neuro Diversity, Gender Re-assignment, Issues around sex, Loss & Grief amongst many more.
I have a great deal of understanding and empathy whilst incorporating my listening skills and experience to make the clients experience a positive one with the best outcomes.
My foundation is person centred which is client led to help you to come to your own realisations and see how you can move forward and make those much needed changes for a positive way forward, incorporating my skills and experience of, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Couples and relationship Counselling, Psychosexual Therapy, Loss and Grief, Smoking Cessation and Weight Loss which has brought many positive changes to my clients lives.
The first session will be for you to tell your story and get all those issues out in the open so you can address these moving forward and find a positive outcome.
