I work with adults and couples, supporting people through relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem and significant life changes.
I am trained in Couple and Relationship Therapy, helping couples improve communication, understand relationship patterns and navigate conflict with greater compassion and clarity. Whether you are experiencing a crisis, recovering from a breach of trust, adjusting to major life changes, or simply wanting to strengthen your relationship, I provide a safe, impartial space where both partners feel heard and understood. Together, we explore the challenges you are facing, identify unhelpful patterns, and work towards healthier ways of relating.
My approach is person-centred and trauma-informed, recognising that past experiences can shape how we relate to ourselves and others. I also have experience supporting individuals affected by trauma, domestic abuse, addiction and recovery.
My aim is to provide a warm, non-judgemental environment where you feel heard, understood and supported. Whether you are attending as an individual or as a couple, counselling offers an opportunity to gain insight, strengthen relationships and create meaningful, lasting change.
