I’m Sandra Mazili, an integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor, accredited Sight Loss Counsellor, NCPS Accredited Registrant, and a BACP Registered Member.
I work with adults, couples, and young people aged 13+, offering a warm, accessible, collaborative space to explore whatever life has placed in your path. Many people I support are navigating bereavement, pet loss, disability, chronic illness, trauma, identity questions, relationship difficulties, or major life changes. My own experience of sight loss has shaped my understanding of adaptation, resilience, grief, and rebuilding a sense of self after profound change. I believe counselling should be a place where you don’t have to minimise your experiences or fit yourself into someone else’s expectations to be heard.
Alongside private practice, I have extensive experience supporting people through crisis, grief, and trauma, including work with Shout, Cruse Bereavement Support, Suicide and Co, Wellbeing in the Arts, and the Blue Cross Pet Loss Supportline.
I also work with couples seeking greater understanding and connection. Rather than focusing on avoiding conflict altogether, I help couples communicate more consciously, navigate disagreements more constructively, and create space for conversations that strengthen relationships.
Sessions are available online, by phone, text, email, or in person, with accessibility central to my practice.
