Hello I’m Carl. I am an integrative counsellor, relationship therapist and life coach. I offer individual counselling, relationship therapy including support through separation or divorce.

Sessions are available online and in person in Southend on Sea. My style is warm, reflective and collaborative, with a focus on helping you feel heard, understood and better able to navigate the challenges you are facing.

I charge £60 for 50 minute sessions for both individual therapy and life coaching, and £90 for 90 minutes or £120 for 2 hours of relationship therapy.

Aside from my qualification as a counsellor and life coach, I am committed to continuing personal development and have additional training in relationship therapy, grief counselling and also specialist grief counselling for children.

I offer a free 15-30 minute initial call to see if we would like to work together.
