I have been MBACP Accredited and Registered for 23 years and practicing for almost 30 years.

I have specialised experience as a Harm Reduction Counsellor (substance use) 13 years, Sight Loss Counsellor 20 years and Student Counsellor 10 years. I have been in Private Practice during this time as well.

I have been a Buddhist practitioner for 11 years and weave meditation, dharma teachings and mindfulness into sessions.

I offer Supervision as both a Primary and secondary Supervisor- for one off or time limited supervision around any of the areas I have particular skill in.
