The Grove is really proud of all the fantastic reviews we’ve gathered from professionals who have attended our courses. The voices of our customers are very powerful. We are grateful for all the valuable feedback. You can search and read these genuine comments below.
Each one is from someone who has taken one or more courses with us. Each testimonial is featured with permission from the student. Their motivation is not only to thank us (which is lovely to hear) but also to encourage others toward a similar positive experience.
Thank you all for the inspiring ‘The Grove’ learning experience. I am now far more confident than I have ever been in this area of my work, and that was my aim. Wishing The Grove every success for the future.

Rachel 2023 trauma courseThis course was more than I was hoping for. Not only did I learn so much about trauma, it also inspired me to research other related areas. Justin 2023 trauma courseHaving finished the taught aspect of the course, I can honestly say that I haven’t experienced an input of the high quality that The Grove has delivered, either in a face-to-face or online setting. Both of the tutors are so approachable & knowledgeable and all of the guest speakers I personally found to be enthralling.
To sum up, I didn’t want to miss a second of the course as I learnt so much.
Student 2023 couple/relationship courseI have just finished your couples training course and wanted to let you know that I have recently seen my first couple. Your teaching and the course material has really supported me in making a good start with the work and I wanted to say thank you to you both.
Even though I have been a therapist and supervisor for many years it was good to be in a learning environment again. I know that your training has given me a solid foundation that will underpin my work with couples going forward.
Bridget 2023 couple/relationship courseI want to say a big thank you to you and Elliot for delivering a very informative course. I have really benefited from this course by having started the process of working with couples. I wasn’t expecting to do this until I finished the course. You have given me the confidence to work with couples. I am really enjoying working this way and enjoying a new challenge. With the support of my supervisor, I feel well equipped to work with couples.

Success stories are individual stories. Each attendee will bring to the course their lived experience and positionality.
So we are very pleased to see diversity in every cohort, which enriches the learning experience for everyone. Working with difference is intrinsic to the way we run our courses.
We have welcomed learners who let us know about dyslexia or ADHD or hearing loss or that they will attend the course with their guide dog.
We circulate course materials in advance of each teaching date, to enable each participant to familiarise themselves according to their own learning style.
These are some of the practical things we can do to support engagement in their course learning. Yet there is always more work to do in supporting inclusivity – and we are open to hearing from each student about their educational needs.
Our commitment to inclusivity is enshrined in The Grove’s Diversity and Respect Statement.
