Louise Maguire is a business consultant and executive coach with an MBA in Entrepreneurship and an accredited Diploma in Transformational Coaching.

She brings a background in senior international leadership roles to her work with The Grove Practice, supporting operational effectiveness, client experience, and strategic projects. Louise’s approach blends commercial insight with a practical, people‑focused way of working developed through her experience in coaching and organisational change.

As a key part of her role at The Grove, Louise facilitates the smooth running of The Grove’s training programmes. This involves everything from supporting our students with their learning, to assisting with the processes required to provide our growing, comprehensive range of training for counsellers and other professionals.
