Lydia is passionate about The Grove’s work on trauma, embodiment and neurodiversity, informed by her own lived experience of ADHD and complex health conditions. She brings both technical expertise in digital product management and a genuine understanding of the therapeutic practice that shapes her approach to creating content that resonates with learners.
