Hello and a warm welcome to Talk Dynamic. I have over 10 years’ experience as an integrative therapist and clinical supervisor working with adults, children and young people and with relationships as well as students and trained therapists in supervision. During this time, I have trained in EMDR to help people let go of trauma and disturbing memories and CBT to help with a range of common mental health difficulties (anxiety and depression for example). I also use relaxation and breathing techniques and work to help people connect back to their bodies where much emotion is stored.
I recently undertook further training in couples and relationships therapy with The Grove which covered a range of theories and techniques as well as much experiential content. This has given me more skills and knowledge in my relationships work with clients (both romantic and not) who present to work on issues around their relationships.
