I am an integratively trained psychotherapist and counsellor working with over-18s, and an accredited member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP). My training draws on a number of different modalities which are CBT, person-centred (client-led) and psychodynamic (drawing on early life as a way to understand the present-day). Validating previous experiences as real, impactful and important may often be a way to begin the work. I offer sessions both in-person and online and work every day except Fridays. I am both a qualified supervisor and accredited psychotherapist and welcome enquiries in both areas. I usually respond within 24 hours.
