I am an integrative therapist and coach, offering a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space for individuals and couples to explore themselves, their relationships and the experiences that shape who they are.
My approach draws on Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gestalt and Transactional Analysis (TA), alongside strengths-based coaching and values-based strategy. I have a particular interest in shame and identity, sex and sexuality, and body image, supporting people to develop greater self-understanding, reconnect with their strengths and build a more compassionate relationship with themselves.
My work is grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins with feeling heard, accepted and understood. I aim to create a space where you can explore what matters to you with curiosity and kindness, discover new perspectives and move towards a life and relationships that feel more authentic and aligned with your values.
I hold a Diploma of Higher Education in Counselling from Middlesex University and a COSRT and Grove Certificate in Psychosexual Therapy. I am historically BACP-accredited, ACC-registered and a member of the Association for Coaching.
