The Grove’s 2026 CPD Conference – in person & online

Once a year, we bring together our community of therapists, supervisors and mental health practitioners for a half‑day CPD conference focused on the realities of work in the therapy room.

You’ll hear from leading voices in Adult ADHD, embodied and wild therapy, trauma, intimacy and supervision, and leave with ideas you can use with clients straight away.

This is your opportunity to take part in a rich, live learning experience – surrounded by fellow clinicians, therapists and supervisors.

  • Nick Totton – Author, body psychotherapist, supervisor and educator
  • Dr James Kustow – Author, Director of The Grove, consultant psychiatrist and Adult ADHD specialist
  • Sarah Briggs – Director of The Grove, senior supervisor, couples and trauma trainer

The main thing for me is just being with other professionals. There is much less opportunity these days to mix and mingle with people face-to-face. I’m a bit of an introvert, but I do miss human interaction, human contact, so it’s been great to come here and see people that I’ve trained with in courses with The Grove.

Certificate or Diploma in Trauma Therapy

This CPD course provides in-depth training on trauma, PTSD, and Complex PTSD, using a tri-phasic trauma therapy model. Participants will gain practical skills in trauma stabilization, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and managing intrusive imagery. The course also covers working with specific client groups and collaborating with other professionals for comprehensive treatment and recovery. This course is taught at a level suitable for qualified professionals who are already established in their own mode of practice.
