Hello! You are probably here because you’re looking for support for yourself, for someone you care about, or for relationship support. I hope I might be able to help!

I am an accredited counsellor and supervisor with many years’ experience in working with issues such as relationships, anxiety, depression, trauma, support around sexuality/ gender identity, self-esteem, the impact of childhood issues or childhood abuse, domestic abuse, bereavement, and chronic illness (i.e. CFS, Fibromyalgia).

I specialise in work with neurodiverse clients and have both professional and lived experience with different types of neurodiversity (including autism, PDA profile of autism, ADHD, OCD). I am a LGBTQ+ friendly practitioner. I have also worked extensively with young people as well as with adults (and train and supervise other counsellors who work in these areas).

I am a Systemic Practitioner which means I believe in looking at the individual’s internal beliefs and needs but also understanding the wider context and situational factors that might affect their life. I also use CBT techniques such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), for OCD type compulsive behaviour and intrusive thoughts.

I’m very happy to have an initial discussion to see if we might be a good fit.

Professional endorsements are peer endorsements from verified practitioners who have direct experience of someone’s clinical or professional work. They provide insight beyond qualifications alone, helping visitors understand how a practitioner shows up in practice – including their integrity, competence, and professional presence. All endorsements are checked and moderated by The Grove, are non-anonymous, and can only be given by practitioners. Client testimonials, star ratings, and promotional reviews are not permitted, ensuring endorsements remain ethical, considered, and trustworthy.
