I support adults with relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, anger, and issues around bereavement/loss, and traumatic past experiences. I offer face to face and online sessions and have a comfortable therapy room in Anerley, SE London. I also offer sessions in Bromley. I have worked with serving and discharged UK military personnel and their families for the UK Ministry of Defence and have an interest in supporting the military community as well as those who have experienced trauma and disadvantage in their lives. I am working towards becoming a certified EFT and EMDR practitioner and am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
