Elliot Davis is a UKCP-registered psychotherapist and certified trauma therapist who has extensive experience of supervising, particularly in private practice settings.
He has a strong understanding of how to coach other practitioners in developing their confidence and competence. His approach is supportive and nurturing, with his sights set on heightening the professionalism and ethical stance of our profession. He is a core tutor on this supervision course, with particular emphasis on managing the different ways that supervisees show up in supervision especially when under stress or at the margin of their skillset. He is a proponent of trauma-wise supervision, for the benefit of both clients and supervisees.
