Polly offers individual psychosexual therapy. She’s also passionate about group work as a modality for enhancing sexual empowerment and pleasure. As well as her training in counselling and psychotherapy she has studied with the Institute of Group Analysis, Pink Therapy, the Gestalt Centre, Barbara Carellas, Nick Totton, Layla Martin and Spectrum Therapy. Polly used to be a literary translator (from French), and lives in the lovely Devon town of Ashburton. She loves reading fiction, growing vegetables, dancing and exploring.

Polly teaches with The Grove on the Couple/Relationship course as well as the Psychosexual training.
