EFT, often known as ‘tapping’, has gained international recognition as a gentle, effective approach for working with anxiety, trauma, phobias, pain, and self-limiting beliefs. By stimulating specific meridian points while focusing on difficult emotions or memories, EFT helps calm the body’s stress response and create lasting emotional shifts.
