I am a psychodynamic counsellor and psychotherapist based in Central London.

I have a particular clinical and theoretical interest in working with individuals who have experienced developmental and relational trauma. This can manifest as alterations in one’s sense of self, such as depersonalisation, and in one’s perception of their external environment, such as derealisation.

My approach is primarily insight-oriented, focusing on achieving a deeper understanding of one’s self and integrating various aspects of the personality. This approach is a means of reclaiming parts of the self that may have become disavowed as a result of early experiences. I incorporate trauma-informed principles into my practice when appropriate to support this process.
