I am an experienced Integrative Counsellor and Counselling Supervisor and use the Person Centred Approach as my core model of work. I receive ongoing professional supervision, during which I discuss how I am working and how I can best support you.
Counselling can help you to find a way forward with personal issues such as depression, anxiety and low self-esteem. It can also help to overcome problems that are causing you emotional turmoil such as relationship issues and loss. In truth you can talk about anything that is on your mind.
I offer an adult counselling service for individuals within the Bristol area.
To develop and deepen my work with you, I strive to offer empathy, respect and a non-judgmental relationship, which increases my understanding of how you experience yourself and your life. In turn I find that this leads to you understanding yourself better and feeling more at home in your life.
